Can I reschedule my booking?

We know that sometimes schedules change, and that unexpected and unavoidable things happen. They happen to us too! Here are our policies regarding rescheduling your booking at WAHDAH.

Customer can make changes on their booking date up to maximum 3 times and must be 2 days before their booking start and it is free of charge.

Scheduling made within 24hrs before or after booking start: subject to approval.

When WAHDAH can accept or decline customers reschedule request:

  • WAHDAH have the right to accept or decline customers reschedule request due to car condition, tight schedule, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • One of the biggest reasons why WAHDAH are so good at what they do is that all of them are busy to give you the best service and to fulfill your request. It is unlikely for us to cancel your booking. However this means that on rare occasions our staff may need to reschedule a booking on short notice because of a last- minute breakdown or issue. Should this happen to you, you will be given the option of rescheduling, a refund, or a voucher for your next booking.
