How and who is eligible to withdraw WaCash?

How to withdraw?
If you decide to cancel your booking and seek for refund, you may do so by following step by step instructions below. Nonetheless, your refund is still subject to our cancellation & refund policy as shown at https://www.wahdah.my/rental/terms-conditions.
- Log in to your booking page on wahdah.my or wahdah.sg using your Member ID (registered email address) or via this link: https://www.wahdah.my/customer/wallet
- Click on your membership account tab (where your name is displayed) and select “WaCash” from the drop-down menu.
- Select “Withdrawal” and your WaCash balance will be displayed here and you may select the amount to be withdrawn.
- Payment will be credited into your payment source or your bank account based on the bank details provided by you at the time of your booking placement.
Your withdrawal will be processed within 24 hours upon request and you will receive a notification once approved. Your refund sum will appear on your bank statement within 3 days after approval, but actual receipt may vary depending on individual bank terms and conditions*.

Only account holder who has the balance of WaCash in their profile, however the remaining minimum amount required is MYR/SGD 10*. Spouse or family can withdraw on behalf of the account holder, but need to submit an application with the authorize letter.
